Instructor Terry Bridges

I am a senior student of Sifu Jeff Bolt. I began my studies under Sifu Bolt in February, 1985, training in the Shao-Lin styles of Northern Long Fist (Changquan) and Southern White Crane (Bai He) as well as Yang Style Taijiquan. I have been an instructor in these styles since 1989.  I have also received some instruction from Sifu Bolt's teacher, Dr. Yang Jwing-Ming while participating in various seminars and workshops. I was also privileged to have received some informal instruction from Madame Wang Ju Rong. While having the privilege of Dr. Yang's and Madame Wang's instruction was and is one of the many benefits of being Sifu Bolt's student, my primary instruction and training came from Sifu Bolt.
